Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Contact our support team at support@lynxcases.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
Currently, we only offer refunds. For exchanges, please place a new order and return the previous item.
